Albert Memorial 

Pomnik upamiętniający księcia Alberta, ukochanego męża królowej Wiktorii. Jeśli mam być szczera, gdy idzie o monumenty upamiętniające zmarłego małżonka, chyba jednak mojej wrażliwości estetycznej bardziej podpasowuje gust Szahdżahana zaprezentowany w Agrze, niż ten królowej Wiktorii... Ale przecież de gustibus non est disputandum.

Zachwycają mnie jednak narożne rzeźby symbolizujące poszczególne kontynenty: Ameryki, Afrykę, Europę i Azję.

English: A monument in memory of Queen Victoria's beloved husband, Prince Albert. Truth be told, when it comes to structures that are to be tokens of love in memory of late spouse, Shah Jahan's one presented in Agra agrees much better with my taste than that of Queens Victoria's... But de gustibus non est disputandum.

I admire, though, four sculptures at the corners of the outer area representing continents: the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe.
